Return & Exchange Policy:
Kiaayo strives to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Kiaayo will replace the product free of cost if the product is damaged. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving customer’s order. Customer should email us a photo of the damaged product. Customer must email us about any damaged items in their shipment within 24 hours of receiving the order. On receipt of order we will arrange a pickup of the product if the replacement is genuine and is approved by our team. Customer shall send the invoice of the product via mail. Non Refundable Policy is what we offer.
Kiaayo aim to process all replaces within one (1) week. If customer have any questions about customer’s exchange product, feel free to reach out to the Kiaayo at email@example.com. Kiaayo would not be responsible if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
Customer can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Any amount customer paid will be credited back into customer’s account.
Modification of Shipping address: Customer can modify the shipping address of customer’s order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping & Payment
Kiaayo is committed to deliver customer’s order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except, Sunday & public holidays to ensure that customer’s order reaches customer in good condition, in the shortest span of time. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Each craftsman and handicraft process of Artist is unique, so in odd case shipping times may vary.
As soon as customer’s package ships, we will email customer customer’s package tracking information.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship customer’s order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
NON-AVAILABILITY, ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. Please provide customer’s complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address, as it will help in making a faster delivery.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks via our Third-party payment gateway, CCAvenue and other wallet transactions available. Cash on Delivery option is not available for now due to Covid 19.
