Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
* Items must be returned within 3 days of the purchase date if damage (unboxing proof video should be made)
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
* Items must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Non-returnable Items:
* Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event
* Custom-made or personalized items
Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@kiaayo.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Shipping the Return: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
Inspection and Approval:
* Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
* We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
* Once approved Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days
* You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Partial Refunds:
* Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Non-refundable Fees:
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
Exchanges
